Stiqqo, part of The Impact Experience BV, values the protection of personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why and how we protect it.
What data do we collect?
We collect name, email address and organization details during registration. When using the platform, we collect responses to activations, scores and progress data. We do not collect special categories of personal data.
What do we use your data for?
To deliver our services, generate retention reports, send activations and improve our platform. We never use your data for unsolicited marketing.
Where is your data stored?
All personal data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) with our database provider Supabase. We use encrypted connections (TLS) and row-level access control.
How long do we keep your data?
We retain data as long as your account is active. After account termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytical data may be retained longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. You can also object to processing. Contact us via the contact form at stiqqo.com/contact.
Cookies
We only use functional cookies necessary for the platform to work. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors: Supabase (database, EU), Vercel (hosting, EU/US with DPF certification), SendGrid (email). A data processing agreement is in place with each sub-processor.
