Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services of Stiqqo, part of The Impact Experience BV, Chamber of Commerce number 42002895.
Definitions
Stiqqo: the knowledge retention platform offered by The Impact Experience BV. Customer: the organization subscribing to the service. Participant: a person receiving activations through the platform.
Services
Stiqqo provides a SaaS platform for activating participants after training. The service includes generating activation programs, sending activations and reporting retention data.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices exclude VAT. Cancellation is possible at the end of each month. After cancellation, the platform remains accessible until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We aim for 99.5% availability on an annual basis. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Intellectual property
Training material uploaded by the customer remains the property of the customer. Stiqqo uses this material solely for generating activation programs for that customer.
Liability
Stiqqo's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Stiqqo in the preceding 12 months.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
